RETURN POLICY
An RMA request will be approved if product arrives damaged
- Damaged product must be reported to us no more than 48 hours after the order is received.
- Please provide detailed pictures of the damaged product, as well as a picture of the batch number and MFD/ EXP stamp on the back of the bottle.
- Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a prepaid shipping label and require the product be returned to us.
All Other RMA Requests
- All requests for return/ exchange must be made within 7 business days of receipt of product.
- All return requests may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Products may be eligible for return/ exchange one time per traceable PO and batch number.
If there is concern about product quality, these requests will happily be handled by the Product Support Line.
